How It Works
We handle every step so you can focus on what matters most — honoring your pet and supporting your family.
When your veterinarian determines that it's time, they coordinate directly with Pet Transitions on your behalf. You don't have to navigate the logistics alone.
A dedicated coordinator contacts you to walk through your aftercare preferences — cremation type, urn selection, and any memorial items — and answers any questions you have.
Our licensed driver arrives at your home or veterinary clinic at the scheduled time to transport your pet with the utmost care and respect.
Your pet is entrusted to a certified crematory partner. We offer both traditional flame cremation and eco-friendly aquamation, handled with dignity.
Your pet's remains are carefully prepared and returned to your home in the urn or keepsake of your choosing, along with a certificate of cremation.
We remain available to you after the process. Grief resources, memorial ideas, and compassionate support are always just a message away.
Metro Service Areas
We partner with vets and crematories across Ontario — with more provinces coming soon.

“I can't say enough about how professional and kind everyone was. Our vet worked directly with Pet Transitions and we barely had to do anything. Knowing that Bella was in caring hands the whole time meant everything.”

“The aquamation option was important to us for environmental reasons. The coordinator explained everything clearly and the process was seamless. We received Max's remains in two weeks, just as promised.”
